The communication, manual, invoice, and payment was extremely easy; I have all the paperwork to keep up with the unit as well as an invoice and tracking for the payment. Hannah, was patient with us in rescheduling our demo several times. She was very genuine and asked enough questions to tailor the presentation to our needs. We learned a lot about our city water. The company is super motivated to sell products, including financing if needed. We got a very generous military discount and trade-in credit for a 10 year old unit! I've researched the overwhelming selection of contracted and uncontracted filter/softeners out there, and I believe got a great deal! The warranty is represented by them and the manufacturer, which gives us peace of mind.
The installer was a professional plumber who also works for Lowes and Home Depot. He reported that ours was He did a very tidy job of setting the unit up in the yard, and he is quick. He answered ALL of our questions, including a couple unrelated home issues. Robert's direct contact sticker is on now our product for emergency support: FAQ, leaks, etc.

If you live in Florida and are using bad water to cook, clean and shower, shame on you. Sean really took his time to show my family the quality of water that has been flowing through the pipes in our home. Must I say it was disgusting.
